Mandatory Modules

1. Planning, Controlling, and Leading a Project (J/650/3755): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

2. Operations and Information Management for Project Managers (A/650/3760): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

3. Principles of Project Management (T/650/6847): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Examine the lifecycle of projects, success criteria, and leadership roles.
  • Assess methodologies, tools, and technologies for planning, execution, and project closure.

4. Operations and Global Supply Chain Management (R/650/6558): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Assess strategies for global supply chains and operational improvements.
  • Apply quality management tools and sustainable practices in global operations.

5. Leadership and Professional Development (Y/650/6848): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Evaluate leadership models, personal strengths, and development plans.

6. Managing Risk, Uncertainty, and Complexity in Projects (A/650/6849): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Apply risk management techniques to complex project environments.

  • Complete 6 written assignments (4,000-4,500 words each) based on the module titles.

Admission
Entry Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s qualifications in majors from accredited universities; or
  • Level 6 in EQF or equivalent.
English Requirement:
  • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): Level B2; or
  • IELTS: Overall score of 5.5, with Reading and Writing at 5.5; or
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): Score of 51.
Level 7 Pro-Certified

As a program mapped to National Occupational Standards, along with the supplemental knowledge system, students can engage in self-study through interactive lessons, attend webinars, and take online tests to earn 06 Level 7 e-ProCerts. Each ProCert reflects Level 7 (Master Level), outlines the Learning Outcomes, and provides certification upon completion.

If students wish to convert their e-ProCerts to hard copies, they can use an optional service for a minimal fee.
