1. Developing Strategic Management and Leadership Potential (L/618/5988): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Analyze the external influences affecting an organization’s strategy.
  • Evaluate an organization’s dynamic capabilities and core competences to build sustainable competitive advantages.
  • Appraise strategic options and evaluate approaches to strategy implementation.
  • Evaluate the internationalization strategy and its relationship to corporate social responsibility (CSR).
  • Analyze how leadership impacts strategic decision-making.

2. Managing Strategic Change (R/618/5989): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Evaluate how organizational change occurs and the factors that influence change.
  • Develop and implement strategic organizational change, applying relevant theories and tools.
  • Analyze stakeholder responses to organizational change, managing resistance where necessary.
  • Evaluate the role of organizational culture in change management and apply strategies to manage resistance.

3. Project Development, Planning and Management (J/618/5990): 20 UK Credits/ 10 ECTS Credits.

  • Explain the importance of projects and the methodologies related to them.
  • Compare and contrast research projects and organizational projects.
  • Develop a research proposal, including work packages and resource requirements.
  • Evaluate project management challenges and provide recommendations for successful delivery.

4. Advanced Research Design and Methodologies (L/618/5991): 40 UK Credits/ 20 ECTS Credits.

  • Evaluate various research approaches and select appropriate methodologies.
  • Analyze data collection methodologies, ensuring reliability and validity.
  • Demonstrate capability in analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Develop and assess business plans for new ventures, including financial feasibility and marketing strategies.

Admission
Entry Requirement:
  • Learners must be over 24 years old;
  • A Master’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities; or
  • A Level 7 EQF diploma or equivalent. Level 7 Diploma must be from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.
English Requirement:
  • Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): Level B2; or
  • IELTS: Overall score of 5.5, with Reading and Writing at 5.5; or
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): Score of 51.
